Passed away after a brief illness on January 29, 2017. Preceded in death by grandparents and infant sister Kelly. Survived by parents Bill & Ruby; sister Kim and many friends and family. Memorial Mass Saturday (February 4) at 12 Noon at ST. PIUS X CATHOLIC CHURCH, 3878 Highland Avenue, White Bear Lake with visitation one hour before the Mass. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers. Scot was loved by all due to his charismatic personality.
