David William “Bill” Beloved Husband, Father Papa, Brother & Friend Passed away on August 15, 2021 at the age of 65 years. Preceded in death by his parents Don & Jeanne David and sister-in-law Elizabeth David. Survived by his wife of 34 wonderful years, Laura (nee Fabbrini); children Casey Fechter (Mike) & Charlie Pettee; 3 favorite granddaughters Haily, Alissa & Leah; siblings JoAnn Toussaint (John), John David & Pat Otto (John); parents-in-law Sally & Chuck Fabbrini; Laura’s family; nieces; nephews and many many friends. Bill will be most remembered for his incredible positive attitude, his charisma & zest for life, his countless friends & strong love of family, and last but not least his amazing gift of making people smile and laugh. Service Wednesday, August 25th at 11:00 am at WOODBURY LUTHERAN CHURCH- OAK HILL CAMPUS, 9050-60TH Street, Stillwater. Visitation Tuesday, August 24th from 4:00 pm- 8:00 pm at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 4738 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake and one hour before the service at church on Wednesday. Private interment Lakeview Cemetery, Mahtomedi. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers to American Cancer Society.
