Virginia Mary Peiffer

Virginia M. “Jinny” Peiffer Age 91 Lifelong Eastsider Died peacefully on 2/26/12. Preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Robert; brothers, Raymond “Bud” and James Wirth; and beloved niece, Christi. Survived by many loving nephews, nieces, friends and their children and spouses. Jinny was a lifelong eastsider attending St. Casimir’s Grade School and Johnson High School. She eventually went on to work for over 20 years at Rayette. After her retirement, she spent several happy and healthy decades golfing and going on walks with her husband Bob. After Bob died, she spent many hours enjoying the company of her nephews and nieces who she loved dearly and whom loved her in return. Her intelligence, wit, and good humor stayed with her to the end and her memory will always be cherished. Funeral Services will be held, 10 am on Wednesday at The Marian Care Center Chapel, 200 Earl Street, St. Paul with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Entombment at Calvary Cemetery.
