Rayburn, Vincent F. Beloved Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather & Friend to Many Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 23, 2011. Preceded in death by beloved wife, Verna; and by sons, Bruce and Philip. Survived by daughters, Janet Rockenback and Cheryl (Ernie) Mayorga; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Jack Rayburn; daughter-in-law, Jan Rayburn; and by numerous friends. Not enough words to describe the impact on all those he met. Visitation 4-8 PM Thursday, August 25 at Mueller Memorial – Parkway Chapel, 835 Johnson Pkwy at E. 7th St. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Friday, August 26 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 1801 Lacrosse Ave, St. Paul with visitation 1 hour prior to the time of the Mass. Interment Union Cemetery with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
