Vaclavs “Victor” Kancans Age 96 of White Bear Lake Passed away on March 25, 2015 Visitation 5-7 PM with Rosary Service at 7 PM on Friday, March 27, 2015 at Mueller Memorial Lake, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Saturday, March 28th, 2015 with visitation one hour prior to Mass at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 4741 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake. Interment in his home country of Latvia.
