Thomas Warren Newcome

Newcome, Thomas Warren “Tom” Former Attorney, Mayor of White Bear Lake and State Representative Was born at Miller Hospital in St. Paul on August 18, 1923. He was 87 years old when he peacefully died in his home surrounded by his loving family. Preceded in death by his parents, Warren and Florence Newcome; brother, Richard (Virginia); sisters, Nancy (Patrick) Seaberg and Mary (Max) Stacker. Survived by his wife of 58 years, Esther (Tricarico); his children, Tom III (Pamela), Cathy, MaryJo (Mark) Kartarik, Nancy (Steve) Schmidtz, James (Umaima) and Michael (Marie); 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Tom served in WWII and the Korean War. Visitation from 4-8PM Thursday, Feb. 10 at Mueller Lake Mortuary, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave. at 3rd St., White Bear Lake, and 1 hr. prior to Mass at church. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM Friday, Feb. 11 at St Pius X Catholic Church, 3878 Highland Ave., White Bear Lake. Private Interment.
