Thomas J. Nash, Jr. Retired Railroad WWII Vet Age 88 of St. Paul passed away 10/23/12 at Alton Memory Care. Preceded in death by sister, Maryrita and her husband Walter O’Kane; and a grandson in infancy. Survived by wife of 66 years, Kathleen “Kay”; children, Carolyn (Jimmy) Nelson, Ann (Eric) Lillehaugen, Matt (Cathy) Nash, Mike Nash (fiance’ Shellee Arrigoni); 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and sister, Joann (Frank) Pribil. Tom will be remembered for his love of children, his taste for sweets and his abilities as a world class tinkerer. Mass of Christian Burial 12 Noon, Friday, 10/26/12 at The Church of St. Peter, 2600 Margaret St. No., North St. Paul with visitation 1 hour prior to Mass. Interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the Alzheimer’s Association.
