Deacon Thomas F. Barrett Age 90 – Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather Joyfully and peacefully saw God’s smile on October 18, 2016. Preceded in death by his parents, 7 sisters, and 2 brothers. Survived by devoted wife of 49 years, Margaret (nee Warmka); sons, Patrick (Shelly Berdahl), Stephen (Ann), and David; grandchildren, Bridget, Thomas, Molly, Erin, Jacob, Monika, Kathryn, and Jennifer; honorary granddaughters, Jade and Malia; sister, Nora Carr of Ireland; and many relatives and friends. Army Veteran of Korean War. Ordained Deacon in 1990. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at St. John’s Church of Little Canada, 380 Little Canada Rd. Visitation 4-7 PM on Monday, October 24 and also one hour prior to Mass, all at the church. Interment with Military Honors Ceremony at 1:45 PM on Tuesday at St. John’s Cemetery of Hugo. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Paul’s Monastery or St. John’s Church of Little Canada.
