Shannon Jude Johnson

SHANNON JUDE JOHNSON Age 49 of St. Paul, MN Formerly of Lindstrom, MN Shannon was born on January 31, 1965 in St. Paul, Minnesota and he passed away unexpectedly on August 24, 2014 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Shannon attended Chisago Lakes High School and served in the United States Army following graduation. He was a cook and a bartender throughout his life. He loved reading, cooking, the Minnesota Twins, the Minnesota Vikings and music. Shannon will always be remembered for being smart, inquisitive, introspective, gentle and for his sense of humor. Shannon is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ervin and Juletta Hentges; his parternal grandparents, Herman Johnson and Virginia Rassett; his mother, Carol McNabb; and his father, Thomas Johnson. He is survived by his children, Nick Johnson, Mikala Johnson, Matt Peterson and Ben Rucker; his siblings, Chris Johnson (Barb), Darren Eckberg (Monica), Dan McNabb and John McNabb Jr.; his mother, Gloria Johnson; and many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Funeral services are pending for September 20th, 2014 in Lindstrom, Minnesota.
