Sandra Dokka

Sandra Florence Dokka 

Sandra Dokka (born October 14, 1946) passed way peacefully on Sunday, May 5th, 2024 surrounded by family in Crosby, MN at the age of 29.

Sandy was a woman of faith and God provided her strength throughout her life. She was generous with her time, often volunteering at the local food shelf. 

To her many friends and family, Sandy was the life of the party.  She was even known to enjoy dancing on tables.  Affectionately known as “Sanders,” she had a passion for bringing people together while spreading her warmth, infectious sense of humor and delicious lasagna. There was always room at Sandy’s table so we can only imagine the celebration in Heaven since she’s arrived. 

Over the years, Sanders became a loyal Minnesota sports fan.  On her last full day, she saw the Twins and Timberwolves win and picked the winning horse in the Kentucky Derby!  She also, enjoyed a few sips of wine, many jokes and memories and one last sleepover with her granddaughter, where she got to see Tom Selleck’s mustache on TV one last time.

She will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, as well as many, many other relatives and friends.
