Layer, Beloved Husband & Father 1934-2017 Survived by wife of 64 years, Flo; daughters Dawne Russell, Julie, Deb Walczak (Tom) and Coco Millage (Spencer); 5 grandchildren and one that went before him; 5 great grandchildren and extended family & friends. Retired after 43 years with Anchor Block of North St. Paul and longtime member of MSRA. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, December 21 at 11:30 am at CHURCH OF ST. MARY OF THE LAKE, 4741 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday, December 20th from 4:00- 7:00 pm at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 4738 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake and one hour before the Mass at church on Thursday.
