Rosemary Jungkunz

Our beloved Rose completed her earthly journey on October 28th, 2018. She has gone home to be with her Lord and Savior. Preceded in death by her father, George and infant sister Carol. Rose is survived by her mother, Joan; brother David (Julie); sisters Alice, Margaret (Dale) Swanson and Ruth (Kirk) Nelson; her treasured niece/nephews, and their children. She also leaves behind her Michigan neighbors, friends, Ford Motor Company co-workers, Mariner High School Class of 1982, and her fur children, Gracie and Bandit. As a mechanical engineer for Ford Motor Company for 25 years, Rose was a trailblazer for women in the STEM industry. Her lively, sassy personality will be greatly missed. Mass of Christian Burial is Friday, November 16th at St. Odilia Catholic Church, 3495 N Victoria St. in Shoreview MN. Visitation at 11 am, followed by Mass at noon. Rose requested people wear maroon and gold to support the Gophers. There will be a lunch following mass in the courtyard.
