Kromer Sr., Robert V. Loving Husband, Father, & Grandfather Age 83 passed away peacefully on November 25, 2011. Retired BNSF Railway. Preceded in death by parents, William and Eleanor (nee Thomas) Kromer; brothers, Bernard and William. Survived by wife, Eileen (nee Sager); children, Bob (Diane) Jr.; Jim (Sheila) Kromer; Mary (Jim) Rankin; Mike (Maggie) Kromer; Mark (Sue) Kromer; 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Thomas (Janet) Kromer; sister, Luann (Don) Novotny; many nieces , nephews; other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at the Church of St. Rita, 8694 80th Street South, Cottage Grove, with visitation one hour prior to the time of the Mass. Interment Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Mahtomedi. Memorials are preferred to the Minnesota Alzheimer’s Association.
