Beloved Husband, Dad, Grandpa and Community Leader Age 92. Preceded in death by children, Richard and Ruth. Survived by loving wife, Ramona of St. Paul; children, Ray (May) Hess of St. Paul, Robert Hess of St. Paul, Randi (John) Linde of WBL, and Ramona Hess of St. Paul, and son in law, Nick; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Vice President of AFL-CIO, Congressional aid to Joe Karth and Bruce Vento, Federal Clerk of Court, Former Regent U of M, Board Chair of Regions Hospital, Johnson High School Hall of Famer.
