Rita Jean Fossler Miller

Loving Bride & Best Friend, 39 Year 3M Employee Born in St. Paul on November 4, 1941, to Roy and Margaret Fossler. She was a graduate of Johnson High School, class of 1959. Rita was an employee of 3M for 39 years with the Executive Division along with being part of the St. Paul Winter Carnival Royalty. She was a lifelong member of Arlington Hills United Methodist Church. She married Dennis Miller on May 20, 1983, after which they’ve resided in Woodbury. Rita spent her last few months in the kind and gentle care of the Loving Care Cottage in Cottage Grove. Rita is survived by husband and best friend, Dennis; brother, Larry (Gloria); nephews, Terry and Mark Fossler; niece, Mary Fossler; step-children, Grant (Brenda) Miller and Susan Speed and her friend Tony Kippels. Rita is also survived by step-grandchildren, Jessica and Jason Speed and Charles White. Visitation 5-8 PM Tuesday, Nov. 16 at Mueller Parkway Chapel, 835 Johnson Pkwy. at E. 7th St., St. Paul.
