Richard A. Steffan Beloved Son, Brother, Uncle & Friend Age 58 of St. Paul. Passed away suddenly on December 10, 2016. Preceded in death by mother, Mary Lou and uncle, Richard Arndt. Survived by father, Nicholas; siblings, Robert (Pamela) and Teresa; and many nieces, nephews, relatives & friends. Richard dedicated his life to the care of his parents. He was a devoted employee of U.S. Bank for many years. He loved hunting and fishing. Richard was full of life and brought joy and laughter to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed. Gathering of Family & Friends 4-8 PM on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Mueller Memorial, 835 Johnson Pkwy., St. Paul.
