Regina Teresa Fahy Tucci

Regina T. Tucci “Sweetie” Beloved Mother, Grandmother Born on July 22, 1920 at home to Sarah and Clarence Fahy. Married Oct. 18, 1941 for 59 years to her beloved husband, Joe, who preceded her in death on Sept. 10, 2000. Also preceded in death by their infant daughter, Mary Ann and by her brother, Jim Fahy. Jean is survived by her children, Dave (Lavonne), Diane (Joe) Zuniga, Jim (Vicky), Carol (Larry) Gitzen, and Joe (Julie). Jean is also survived by 17 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren, and one Great, Great Grandchild, and many other family and friends. Jean, fondly known to all as “Sweetie”, had a “Wonderful Life” as a Mother, devoted to her family. She was an active member of Blessed Sacrament Church and sang in the choir for many years. Her Alto voice added a beautiful harmony to the singing. She was a quiet woman of grace and charm but had an inner strength to be admired. She taught her children well; to love God, Family and others. She shared her gifts of love, faith, laughter and hard work & determination. Visitation 5 – 7 PM WEDNESDAY (Today) at MUELLER MEMORIAL PARKWAY CHAPEL, 835 Johnson Pkwy. at E. 7th St., and one hour prior to Mass at church. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 AM THURSDAY (12/23) at CHURCH OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT, 1801 Lacrosse Ave. at White Bear Ave. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery. Jean was blessed to have loving caregivers the last three years of her life; both at Oak Meadows in Oakdale, MN. And Oakridge in Stevens Point, WI. We are so thankful for these “Angels in disguise” who helped Mom through the final years and thank God He brought her through to be with Him in Heaven!
