Patricia Szalapski

Patricia Szalapski, 90, of St. Paul, MN passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 13, 2021. Preceded in death by her parents, Zygmont “Joseph” and Norma Szalapski; and siblings, Thomas Szalapski, Edward Szalapski, Karen (Donald) Lesher, and Daniel Szalapski. Survived by her sisters, Corrine (Daniel Sr.) Cylkowski and Elaine (Roger) Goldberg; sister-in-law, Judith Szalapski; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews; and many friends. Patricia was an active member of the Church of St. Casimir, the Altar and Rosary Society, and longtime funeral lunch coordinator. She was a former employee for 22 years at Swift and Company and for 23 years at BNSF Railroad. She was a Godparent to many nieces and nephews. Private family mass. Public visitation from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Monday, February 22, 2021, at Mueller Memorial in St. Paul, 835 Johnson Parkway. Interment to follow at Roselawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Church of St. Casimir.
