Preceded in death by her husband, Larry and by her parents and siblings. Pat is survived by her 7 children, Patricia deJager (Michael) Glewwe, Kevin (Brenda) Swanson, Mark Swanson, Barb (Bill) Williamson, Mary Galloway, Greg (Karen) Swanson, Kim Swanson (Charlie) Bankart; 13 grandchildren, Nick deJager, Tia (Adam) Cox, Shannon (Chas) Arend, Erin DeMenge, Adam Swanson, Kara (Jason) Maruska, Cory Swanson, Larry Galloway, Alex Swanson, Beth (Jesse) Bassett, Amanda Galloway, Kate (Jake) Sandgren, Drew Bankart and 7 great-grandchildren, Ellie DeMenge, Claire DeMenge, Emmett DeMenge, Avery Cox, Molly Maruska, Miles Bassett, Lars Sandgren . Funeral Mass 10am on Saturday, July 22nd at Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1725 Kennard St, Maplewood. Visitation beginning at 9am. Burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later time.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Cerentiy Marian Care Center.
