Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on November 2, 2013. Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marion (nee Keis); and siblings, Ann Jackson, Louis and Clarence. Survived by children, Bonnie (Larry) Nadeau, Sue (Dale) Hurley Rector, Jane (Tom) McCarthy and Jim (Jean); grandchildren, Tom, Jenny, Suzanne, Ann, Kathy, Karen, Tim, Julie and Dan; 12 great-grandchildren with one expected; and many in-laws, relatives and friends. Norbert’s lifelong devotion was to his family. The family would like to express their thanks to the staff of the Sterling House for their years of care. Visitation 4-8 PM Thursday, November 7 at Mueller Memorial Parkway Chapel, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM Friday, November 8 at St. Pascal Baylon Catholic Church, 1757 Conway Street, located on the corner of White Bear Ave. and 3rd Street, St. Paul with visitation one hour prior to the Mass at the church. Interment Calvary Cemetery, St. Paul.
