Stephan Nancy Jean Age 75 Of St. Paul Born 9/17/1941 in LaCrosse, WI. Preceded in death by her parents Robert and Doris Stephan, brother Ronald Stephan, granddaughter Jaclyn Evert. Survived by her Husband, William Peppler, her daughter Lori Evert Breiehagen (Per), son Scott Evert (Sara), grandchildren Steven (Eman) & Anja, great grandson Dean, brothers Robert, Kent and Brian, Sisters Barb Tucker and Lynn Topel as well as many family members and friends. She and her first husband raised their children in St. Paul. She re-started her amazing life in her mid-forties, obtained a bachelor’s degree and consulted to major corporations on team building. In 2007, she founded Honoring Women Worldwide, a mentor program to assist underprivileged youth in professional development where she touched thousands of lives. Governor Dayton has proclaimed May 6th as MN Honoring Women Day. Visitation starting at 1:00 pm on Sunday (July 23) followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 2:30 pm at MIDLAND HILLS COUNTRY CLUB, 2001 Fulham Street, St. Paul. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to Chrysalis Center or Dress for Success.
