Nancy Kostohryz Beloved Daughter, Sister and Aunt Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 25, 2014, at age 57. Preceded in death by father, Richard; Aunt Elaine; cousin, Robin; and many other aunts and uncles. Survived by mother, Rosemary; siblings, Victoria (Max) Lemberger, Rick (Kathy) Kostohryz, Mary Kostohryz and Paula “Polly” (Bill) Bristow; uncle, Don Kostohryz; nieces and nephews, Annie Kostohryz, Max Lemberger, Allison Bristow, Josef Lemberger and Charlie Bristow; and many beloved relatives and friends. A special thanks to caregivers Bob and Mary Johnson for their many years of compassionate care. Visitation 10 AM with Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at St. Jude of the Lake Catholic Church, 700 Mahtomedi Ave., Mahtomedi. Interment Guardian Angels Cemetery, Oakdale.
