Michele Ann Tubman (nee Rivard) Age 62 Passed away on January 18, 2019 Preceded in death by her parents, Glennis Rivard and Raymond Rivard. Michele is survived by her daughter, Laci Rivard (Bobby Law); her siblings, Brian Rivard and Lisa (Joe) Neely; her very special cousin, Deb O'Neil (Doug Cain); her special Kislenger "siblings"; and many other close family and friends. When Michele loved you, she loved you with her whole, entire heart. She will be forever missed by all who knew her. Memorial Visitation 4-8PM on Thursday, January 24th at Mueller Memorial Funeral Home, 4738 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake. Memorials preferred to the family.
