Mary Jo Hrella Peterson

Peterson, Mary Jo (nee Hrella) Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother & Great-Grandmother Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 1, 2013. Preceded in death by loving husband, Edward; parents, Joe and Mary; and brother, Donald. Survived by children, Mark (Nancy), Marcia (Joe Rheinberger), Meg, Monica (Paul) Nelsen and Mike; 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Lois Hrella. Mary Jo was a gracious and kind-hearted spirit. She will be missed beyond measure by her friends and family. The family would like to express their profound gratitude to the staff of Waverly Gardens of North Oaks for their years of wonderful care. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM Thursday, November 7, 2013 at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 4741 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake with visitation one hour prior to the Mass at the church. Private family interment at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery. Memorials preferred to a charity of the donor’s choice.
