Marlene was a wonderful Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. She excelled in the clothing business making women feel beautiful in the years she worked at Jo Farho’s Dress Shop. Later she taught ceramics out of her home for many years. Women came more for the laughter and camaraderie she provided than actually finishing ceramic pieces. Because of her love for the Christmas Holidays, much of her work revolved around that. Marlene was loved by friends and strangers alike. She could strike up a conversation with anyone and walk away having made a new friend. Marlene loved animals and spent countless hours petting her dogs and “grand-dogs”. No doubt she is surrounded by many of them now.
