Short, Marilyn Quinn Beloved Mother, Grandmother & Great-Grandmother Born to this earth on July 14, 1932. Born to Eternal Life on December 7, 2013. She embellished this world with creative beauty. Her kindness and generosity touched many. Preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Jerome. Survived by her children, Phillip (Martha), Theresa To (Wayne), Chris (Bill) Remmel, Margaret (Dan), Jean, Pat, Jeff (Jackie), Tony (Malinda), and Peter (Bobi); grandchildren, Angel, McKenzie, Nolan, Sadie, Iain, Quinn, Zowie, Josh, Justin, Joel, Jake, Andrew, Matthew, and Noah; great-grandchildren, Jackson and Samantha; sister, Elaine Abbott; brother, Ward “Bud” Quinn; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Thursday, December 12, 2013 at the Church of Saint Pascal Baylon, 1757 Conway Street, St. Paul with visitation one hour prior to the Mass at the church. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Families Together, 709 University Ave. W., St. Paul.
