Margaret M. “Maggie” Foster Age 56 of St. Paul Passed away peacefully on Oct. 17, 2015 Preceded in death by parents, Mary and Clayton. Survived by siblings, James G. (Vickie), Michael C. (Brenda), Peter J., and Mary Ann (Leon) Moran; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. A special thanks to the staff of Phoenix Residence at Viking for their loving and compassionate care.
