Lucille Katherine Kleiter

Kleiter Lucille “Lucy” K. Age 84 of Saint Paul 20+ year member of Order of Saint Benedict Passed away unexpectedly on March 22, 2014 at Capitol View Transitional Care Center. Lucy was born on June 27, 1929 in St. Paul to Albert and Lucille Kleiter. Registered Nurse at Regions Hospital in the Cardiovascular Care Unit. Lifelong member of Sacred Heart Church and active in the Sacred Heart Festival & Senior Group. Lucy enjoyed playing cards with Phalen friends and was a board member of the Phalen Women’s Golf Club. Lucille was a very independent and determined person with a caring and giving nature. Preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Anthony Kleiter. Survived by siblings, Alberta (Fred) Madsen of San Antonio, TX, Ted (Georgianne) Kleiter of San Marcos, CA; sister-in-law, Gerry Kleiter; and by many cousins; nephews and nieces; great-nephews and great-nieces; and by many special friends. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 840 East 6th Street, St. Paul with visitation one hour prior to the Mass at the church. Interment Guardian Angels Cemetery, Oakdale. Memorials preferred.
