Lois always did her best for her children. She was supportive and encouraged her children to realize their dreams. Lois was a joy to be with whether watching movies, at holiday gatherings, plays, concerts, festivals, and travels. She was quick to smile, laugh, and always appreciated a good joke. She was generous and a mentor to many. Lois was always willing to help family and friends in need.
Lois was independent and did not hesitate to tackle any project. She once said, “Give me the directions and I will fix anything”. Lois was a prolific artist in every form of fiber arts. She exhibited her beautiful work at shows including the Minnesota State Fair.
Lois was a talented cook, baker, and candy maker. She took pride in preparing wonderful meals for family and friends oftentimes reflecting her Syrian heritage. Our family appreciates the loving care provided by Mary, helping Lois realize her wish to remain at home. The Ross Family also wishes to thank Thao Le of Washington County Social Services, Kindred Care, and Kindred Hospice for all their help and support.
