Linda Lee Shone Geir

Linda L. Geir Linda L. Geir, 59, of White Bear Lake Minn., formerly of Grand Forks, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on January 27, 2011. Linda L. Shone was born July 8, 1951 in Rochester, NY. Linda was a 1969 graduate of Central High School. She married Ronald Geir in 1972, and to this union, two children were born. In 2007, Linda and Ron moved to White Bear Lake to be closer to their children and grandchildren. Linda enjoyed fishing, camping, baking, arts & crafts, spending time with family, and cooking. Linda will remain in the hearts of her husband of 39 years, Ron; 2 children: Brian (Heide), of White Bear Lake, Jamie Geir, St. Paul, MN; 3 grandchildren: Holden, Zoe, and Maelee; and a brother, John (Karen) Shone of Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Albert; and all of her beloved pets. A Celebration of Linda’s Life will be held at 7 PM Tuesday, February 1, 2011, at Mueller Memorial Lake Chapel, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake, MN, with visitation from 6 – 7 PM.
