Mom called us her fourty-fours. You had to know us to know what that meant. She loved her fourty-fours equally, but differently and she showed it all the days here in her earthly life. Mom was a beautiful woman and resilient and often very outspoken, but expressed with tough love and care. From the time I could remember mom was a nurturing mom and would give the shirt off of her back to help anyone. Mom was filled with true tough love that exuded and helped teach her fourty-fours great lessons of facing the challenges of the callus world she no longer has to suffer in. Mom loved shopping, barbecuing, and gardening. She always made up her funny and hilarious sayings you had never heard before; that would give you a good laugh. Mom loved her family near and afar and will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.
Private family gathering to be held.
