Krysta Larson

Larson, Krysta Beth, 34, of Duluth, formerly of St. Paul, passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2022, unexpectedly and too soon.

Krysta was preceded in death by grandparents Donald & Bernadine Gores and is survived by mom, MaryBeth Larson; dad, Jeff Larson; brother, Michael Larson; grandparents, Karen and Ed Iago, Roger and Jan Larson; many aunts, uncles, cousins & friends; and her beloved cat fur-baby Boose.

Krysta received her Associate Degree of Applied Science from Argosy University College of Health Science in 2015, was ASCP Certified and worked as a Histotechnician at Sanford Health in Fargo, North Dakota; St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth; and most recently had accepted a new career opportunity with Fairview Health Systems in Minneapolis. Also, while working at St. Luke's, Krysta was attending the University of Minnesota Duluth in the pursuit of her Biology Sciences B.A. degree.

Krysta was and enjoyed many things. At her core, she was an artist who enjoyed tattoos and dying her hair all the colors of the rainbow with an affinity towards purple; writing music and poetry and attending Coheed & Cambria concerts with her brother; theater and movies of all genres but a real affection for the spooky ones; collecting old keys and spending time with friends, especially her Histo B's posse. Most of all, she loved her family and her cat.

Krysta's Celebration of Life gathering will be held from 5 PM to 8 PM on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at Mueller Memorial located at 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul, MN.
