Kimberly G. Perreault

Born October 24, 1964 and passed away on May 20, 2024 at the age of 59 years old. Kim Perreault was an Assistant Vice President in Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate as an Operations Loan Administration Manager. She was responsible for managing the AFS Operations Exception Processing and Auditing teams, having team members in Minneapolis, MN and in Winston Salem, NC. Kim found her career path in real estate while living in Las Vegas, NV building title plant data bases for corporate and private title companies. From this foundation she transitioned to title examiner and Assistant Title Officer for National Commercial Services. Kim joined Wells Fargo in 2008 as a Loan Servicing Specialist in the Minneapolis Loan Center. She worked on two systems of record, AFS and CLAS later, accepting a position as a Syndications Administrator in 2010 moving to Loan IQ as a third system of record. By 2014 Kim transitioned into her current role as an Operations Manager. Having been the primary care giver of her parents, Kim became a Certified Medical Assistant with an Associates of Science degree but found her career path elsewhere. Preceded in death by parents John & Philene Schostag; sisters Linda, Connie & Dawn and brother Jack. Survived by daughters Megan Perreault & Ashley Erickson (Matt); granddaughter Alora Johnson; sisters Terie Watson-Schostag & Lou Ann Hollihan and extended family & friends. Service Saturday, June 1st at 12:00 Noon at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 4738 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake with visitation starting at 11:00 am.
