Kenneth (Ken) Joseph Sullivan

Sullivan, Kenneth J. Passed bravely into the Kingdom of God on May 23, 2013 Age 81. Ken will forever be remembered as a devoted husband, a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and a loyal friend to many, many others. A hard worker who went out of his way to help those in need, Ken could seemingly fix anything. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Genevieve; siblings, Jerry, Joan and Ron; and grandson, Brian. He is survived by Theresa, his loving wife of 62 years; sons, James (Karen), John (Sue), Thomas (Teresa), Joe (Karen); nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Bill (Cathie), Mike (Cathy); and many other cherished relatives and special friends he met during his journey through life. Our deepest gratitude to the staff at Cerenity Marian Center of St. Paul, Golden Living Care Center – Linden in Stillwater, Allina Hospice Services and VA Medical Services for the care and support given to Ken and our family. We will miss him dearly but rejoice that for Ken, the strife is over, the battle done. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at St. Pascal Baylon Catholic Church, 1757 Conway Street, St. Paul. Visitation 4-7 PM Tuesday at Mueller Parkway Chapel, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul and also one hour prior to the time of the Mass on Wednesday at the church. Interment Guardian Angels Cemetery, Oakdale. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
