Kathryn Cook "Kate" Palmer

Palmer, Kate (Kathryn) age 25 of White Bear Lake. Passed away unexpectedly on Monday, September 25th. Kate will be remembered for her enthusiastic love of music and for her desire to put others’ needs in front of her own. As a creative and always-colorful cosmetologist, her passion for hair and makeup went well beyond her professional talents. Kate is survived by her mother, Gayle (Gary) Gartner from White Bear Lake; her father, Randy Palmer ( Lori Anderson) from Columbus; her brothers, David (Jessica) Palmer from Cottage Grove and Jeffrey (Domonique) Palmer from St. Paul; her stepbrothers, Derek (Alyssa) Engstrom from Oakdale and Collin Engstrom from Madison, WI; her grandmother, Claire Cook from White Bear Lake; several aunts, uncles and cousins; two nieces she loved dearly, Stella & Kyla, and looked forward to the day that she could cut, color and style their hair; and by her most trusted and loved confidants, Jamie and Beemo. Kate had many acquaintances but only a small circle of very good friends whom she loved and cared for deeply – you know who you are. Funeral Service will be 1:00 PM on Monday, October 2nd at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave, White Bear Lake. Visitation will be 3-7:00 PM on Sunday, October 1st with a rosary at 7:00 PM and also 1 hour prior to service on Monday. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers. Please Keep Her In Your Heart.
