âWhatever you want.â
Joe was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on May 27, 1983 to Barbara Quintanilla and James Takkunen. He graduated from Tartan High School in 2001 and then met the love of his life, Elyse. The two were married in St. Paul on September 25, 2010. Joe worked in customer service at Morelliâs and as a cook at Byerlyâs. He was a quiet, humble, honest, and empathetic man. When he was not working, he loved to listen to music and watch movies. He was an avid sports fan and the list of sports he followed was endless. His selflessness and sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him. More than anything, his family and friends meant the world to him.
