John "Jack" Michael Kubiak

Kubiak, John “Jack” Loving Husband, Father, Brother, Godfather & Uncle Age 66, of St. Paul, after a seven-month battle with lung cancer. Survived by wife, Sue; daughter, Lisa; siblings, Jim (Mary), David; nephew, Andrew (Sara) Kubiak; nieces, Carrie (Greg) Stearns, Deanna (Mark) Wuotila, Molly (Garrett) Wuorinen and their families; other family members and friends. Preceded in death by parents, Vince and Rose Kubiak; and other family members. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Saint Pascal Baylon Catholic Church, 3rd Street and White Bear Avenue, St. Paul. Visitation will be from 3-8 PM Wednesday at Mueller Parkway Chapel, 835 Johnson Pkwy, St. Paul and one hour prior to the time of the Mass at the church on Thursday. Lunch follows Mass. Interment Basswood Grove Cemetery. Memorials preferred.
