John Matthew Frascone

Frascone, John M. Age 88 Long Time St. Paul Resident Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 19, 2013. Former painter for the Great Northern Railroad and 3M company. John was a great fisherman and story teller. Preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Faustina; and by brothers, Luciano and Luigi. Survived by beloved wife of 65 years, Ann; children, Rosanne (Keith) Sorenson, Anita (Darrell) Oie; grandchildren, Daniel (Andrea), Mark, James, and Kathryn Sorenson, Kevin and Gina (fiancé, Andrew Palmer) Oie; great-grandchildren, Natalie, Aidan, and Lucas Sorenson; sister, Antoinette Vanderbilt; brothers, Leo, James (Phyllis); and by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at the Church of St. John of St. Paul, 977 E. 5th Street, St. Paul. Visitation 4-8 PM Monday at Mueller Parkway Chapel, 835 Johnson Parkway and also one hour prior to the time of the Mass at church on Tuesday. Interment Union Cemetery, Maplewood.
