JOEL CHARLES DeROSIA Age 58 of St. Paul Passed Away June 16, 2014 Joel loved music and played the tuba in his high school band. He was a great cook and will be remembered as a wonderful brother and uncle. Joel is survived by his sister, Janet Rayburn of St. Paul; his nieces and nephews; and other family and many friends. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30AM on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at the Parish of the Blessed Sacrament - St. Thomas the Apostle Site, 2119 Stillwater Ave., St. Paul with a visitation one hour prior to Mass. Interment, Acacia Park Cemetery in Mendota Heights.
