Joanne Thyen

Thyen (nee Ryan), Joanne, 81, beloved mom and nana, passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2022. Preceded in death by husband, Arthur; and grandson, Quinn. Survived by children, Chris (Deb), Jenny Bedsted (Brian) and Robb (Jessica); grandchildren Jacob, Sarah, Matt, Tristan, Claire and Hannah; and her siblings, Miriam (Vincent) McFadden, Sister Kathy Ryan (CSJ), Peggy (John) Dragseth, Sheila (Phillip) Eide, Steve (Kathy) Ryan, Maureen (Dan) Kaiyalethe. Retired Teacher. Joanne loved to collect dolls, do crafts, and travel. A memorial mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, August 26, 2022 at St. Pascal Baylon Catholic Church, 1757 Conway St., St. Paul, with visitation from 9:30 AM until the time of the mass. Interment at Calvary Cemetery.
