Janice Joan Jurek Schesso

Janice Joan Schesso (nee Jurek) Age 72 of East St. Paul Passed away unexpectedly on September 24, 2014. Preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Odelia Jurek and brother, Mel Jurek. Survived by husband of 34 years, LeRoy Schesso; children, Sonja (Bruce) Juchniewich of WI, Garrett Schaar of Stillwater, Scott Schesso, Bret Schesso and Holly (David) Richie, all of St. Paul; grandchildren, Nicole Schaar, Justin Schaar, Adam, Melissa and Anthony Richie; great-grandchild, Olivia Richie; siblings, Larry (Sandy) Jurek, Dennis Jurek, Lu (Roger) Blakstad, Joyce (Chuck) King, Marlys Harries, Donna (Bob) Szeremeta, Ernie Jurek and Lois (Jerry) Husnick; many nieces and nephews; beloved pets, Scooter and Buddy; and many relatives and friends. Jan touched the hearts of everyone she knew. A Celebration of Jan’s life will be held from 4-7 PM on Thursday, October 2 at Mueller Memorial Parkway Chapel, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul. Interment at a later date at Concord Hill Cemetery of Lydia, MN.
