Irving "Lee" Carver

Carver, Irving "Lee" Age 81, Lee passed away on June 1 after a long battle with brain cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruth and Irving Carver and step-father Kimball Ames of Bethel, Maine. Survived by his wife of 46 years, Carol and sisters Cathy Robie, Ipswitch MA; Nancy Stickney, No. Salem, NH; Priscilla Wiley, Woodbury, CT; and step-sister Margaret Davis, Bethel, ME. Lee graduated from Yale and joined the Air Force. He was always interested in airplanes and spent many summer days flying radio-controlled gliders. Lee was a hunter and fisherman and enjoyed canoeing and boating in Northern Minn. Memorials are encouraged to the food shelf and the Nature Conservatory. Mass of Christian burial will be at St. Mary of the Lake, White Bear Lake, at 11:30am on TUESDAY. Luncheon will follow the interment service.
