Beloved Son, Brother, Dad – Age 45
10/4/1965 – 9/28/2011
passed away surrounded by family and friends while awaiting a liver transplant to correct a genetic liver disease. His pain is eased. Survived by daughters, Allexus Nasby and Amanda Nasby, and her two children, Mackenzie & Makaila Nasby; parents, Tom and Diane (Mueller) Cran; siblings, Jim Cran and Chris (Larry) Oehrlein; nephews, Anthony Cran-Oehrlein, Aaron Oehrlein & Josh Hinderman; nieces, Lauren & Hailey Oehrlein. Also survived by aunts, an uncle and many loving and loved cousins. Ian was close to many fellow employees at New Brighton PW and Mike McPhillips Sweeping and looked forward to returning to work with them. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held 4-8 PM Tuesday, Oct. 4th at Mueller Memorial – Parkway Chapel, 835 Johnson Pkwy at E. 7th St., St. Paul and 1 hr prior to Mass at church. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Wednesday, October 5th at the Church of St. John of St. Paul, 977 E. 5th St. at Forest. Interment Union Cemetery. Memorials preferred.
