Helen Ann Hall

Helen Ann Hall February 17, 1943 – August 30, 2016 Helen Ann Hall passed away Tuesday, Aug 30, 2016 at the age of 73 due to complications of Alzheimer’s. Helen was born in Brainerd, MN, but spent most of her life in White Bear Lake, where her parents, Lois and Harold Hall, owned Hall Pharmacy. After graduating from White Bear Lake H.S., she went on to earn an education degree from the College of St. Benedict. Helen married Terry T. Fisher in 1967 and spent a few years teaching elementary school before becoming a devoted full-time mom to her two children, Michael and Shannon. Her love of her children and of animals was evident throughout her life, and her kind and gentle nature touched many. It is with great sorrow that we say our second goodbye to Helen (the first goodbye came with her advanced Alzheimer’s), but take comfort in knowing that she is in a better place. Helen is survived by Terry Fisher; children, Michael (Christina) Fisher and Shannon (Shayne) Andersen; grandsons, Max Ole Andersen (son of Shannon) and Nathan Merckx Fisher (son of Michael); as well as her sister, Mary Swann and brother, James Hall. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 AM with visitation one hour prior on to Mass on Friday, Sept 23 at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 4741 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake with graveside service immediately following.
