Geraldine (Gerry) Mary Zitzelberg Schabert

Schabert, Geraldine M. “Gerry” Peacefully left this earth in the loving arms of her Savior on May 1. She was surrounded by people who loved her. Preceded in death by husband, Bob. Loving mother of Nancy Steele, Bloomington, MN, and Rob (Joan), Cookeville, TN. Grandmother to Matt, Kristen, Allison (Vikram), and Derek. Also survived by sister, Clarice; special niece, Patty; and many nieces, nephews; and one great-grandson. She has been reunited with her husband, mother, father, and 12 siblings. All she wanted to be was a mother, and she was the best. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30AM on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, 8260 4th St. N., Oakdale, with visitation 1 hour prior to Mass at the church. Burial immediately following at the church cemetery.
