Gerald (Butch, Jerry) D. Smith

GERALD D. SMITH "JERRY" "BUTCH" Jerry was born and raised in Wisconsin and resided in St. Paul, Minnesota. He passed away unexpectedly on March 28, 2014. He was known for being a handyman and was always helping other people. Jerry was always fun and loved his little jokes and pranks. He was a happy go lucky person and he was loved by everyone. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and four brothers. He will be dearly missed by his wife 27 years, Carla Racette Smith; his dear granddaughter, Chrissy; step-children, Gina, Sherry and Joe; his nephews, Jeff and Steve; niece, Sasha (Scott); his sisters, Donna and Marge; his brother, Jim; many nieces and nephews; and many other family and friends. Jerry will be remembered for being sweet and kind. “We will miss you dearly, Butch!” Private family services will be held.
