Frankie Clark

Frankie Lucy Clark (nee Cartier) Frankie was born in Los Angeles, California on October 14, 1941. During college, she moved to the Midwest to attend the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities. While in school, she met the love of her life, Arthur Clark. Frankie was phenomenal when it came to technology and computers. She started her career with Gould Battery Company and retired from Medtronic, Inc. Most of her work had to do with battery storage and computer technology. When she was not working, she was spending time with her two boys, Arthur and Timothy. Frankie was a very quiet and creative person. She had an amazing artistic ability and spent spare time drawing, painting, listening to music, or playing piano. She will be missed by all who knew her. Frankie passed away on May 7, 2017 at the Estates of Roseville. She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Clark III; her son, Timothy Clark; her brother, Tony Montes; and her sister, Linda Montes. She will be missed by her son, Arthur Clark IV; her grandsons, Timothy “Big Tim” (Morgan) Clark and Timothy “Small Tim” Clark; her granddaughters, Courtney Clark and Jennifer Roth; her great-grandchildren, Kevin and Kaley; her brother, Jess Montes; and other family and friends. There will be a gathering for family and friends from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Mueller Memorial, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul.
