Sagstetter Francis W. 3M Retiree & WWII Navy Veteran Passed away September 9, 2016. Preceded in death by wife Ursuline; daughter Barbara Valle; brother Ervin and sister Shirley. A man of integrity will be missed by his children Philip, Nancy, Carol Nolan, Lawrence and Joan (Scott) Seterstrom; granchildren Christina (Chris), Chloe and Grant and brothers Roger (Dolores) and Dennis (Barbara). Mass of Christian Burial Monday (September 26) at 10:30 am at CHURCH OF ST. PASCAL BAYLON, 1757 Conway Street. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Sunday (September 25) from 3:00-5:00 pm at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 835 Johnson Parkway and one hour before the Mass at church on Monday. Memorials preferred to St. Pascal Baylon Church or St. Joseph's Hospital (HealthEast Foundation).
