Dorothy Klohn

Klohn, Dorothy Jean (Mattimore) Age 88. She went from the loving arms of her family to the arms of her Lord on September 11th, 2018. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother & great grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Milt, sons Scott, Gregg & Chris (Tammy), daughter Julie Zignego (Rusty), grandchildren John (Erika), Josh (Alisse), Jennifer, Carson (Josie), Hannah, Sydne and Garrett, great grandchildren, Lily, Lucy & Johnny. Our angel, with a hint of mischief in her eye, was a dancer, dancing teacher and later, devoted volunteer. She held leadership roles in the Winter Carnival, her church and her passion, health care. Healtheast established the Dorothy Klohn Angel Award to reward their top volunteer annually. Dorothy was blessed with many relatives & good friends. She bound our family together with love and compassion, fun & endless enthusiasm. We will miss her dearly. Service Thursday (September 20) at 11:00 am at ST. ANDREW’S LUTHERAN CHURCH, 900 Mahtomedi Road, Mahtomedi. Visitation Wednesday (September 19) from 4-7:00 pm at MUELLER MEMORIAL, 4738 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake and one hour before the service at church on Thursday. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
