WEINHAGEN Doris P. (nee Bohlig) Beloved Mom, Grandma and Great-Grandma Passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 18, age 92, surrounded by the love of her family. Preceded in death by her loving husband and best friend of 68 years, Bob; her much loved sister, Helen Brown; and her brother-in-law, Gordon Brown. Dorie was the best mom and grandma anyone could ever have and will be sadly missed. Survived by son, Bob (Laura) of Alexandria, VA; daughters, Becky (Bruce) Ackerman of North Oaks and Jan (Alan) Lundquist of Salt Lake City, UT; grandchildren, Eric, Jon, Charlie, Scott, Elisabeth, Kristen and Andrew; great-grandchildren, McKenzie, Maddie, Luke and Colin; and by nieces and nephews. Funeral Service at 11:30 AM Friday, April 26, 2013 at Waverly Gardens Chapel, Presbyterian Homes, 5919 Centerville Road, North Oaks with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment, Roselawn Cemetery. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Waverly Gardens for the loving care she received. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donor’s choice.
